We're working together on this and I will need your input frequently so please reply ASAP!Please do not ask for changes once the artwork composition has been completed. At this point, it is too late and you have already agreed to the artwork when the deposit has been placed.Don't be afraid to ask questions! How Commissions Work at SUPRACAINECommissions are a collaboration between you and me.Please read the Terms of Service thoroughly before reaching out.Getting Connected
Once we connect, we'll discuss the artwork in detail. I'll ask as many questions as needed to ensure I fully understand your vision. After that, I'll send you a quote with a price breakdown, and you'll be required to pay 25% before I start any sketches.I will create a special listing under your name on my website for payment and send you the link.Payments will be processed through Paypal.Sketching Phase

There will be no further major revisions once payment is made, as I will begin the final stage: rendering.I can send updates during this phase, but they won't be as frequent as during the sketching phase.Final
After the final artwork is complete, I will send you a low-resolution image with a watermark. The remaining 25% fee will need to be paid before I provide a link to the full-resolution final artwork in a Google Drive folder. Please note you have 15 days to retrieve the files after the link has been sent until the folder is permanently deleted.*Prices vary on difficulty and estimate time spent

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why the name SUPRACAINE?
I created the name when I just started making graphic tee designs. The original tagline was "a/n/esthetic".I tried searching for anesthetics that had the prefix of "sup". I ended up finding a European brand of anesthetic called Supracain.A/n/esthetic > Superinie > Supracain = Supracaine. Then I created my logo, my initials (SH) turned into a pill and turned on its side.At some point, I released a neon collection surrounded by my "Neon Steel" original character and created a matching logo. The neon colours ended up becoming a staple.Q: What are your future/career goals?
My career goals are constantly evolving. Previously, I wanted to be in the gaming industry, which is why I developed my skills in 3D modeling and concept design. However, now I aspire to become a tattoo artist. I still want to sell prints and create artwork on the side. I believe I will be content with anything relating to art creation. My short-term goals are to exhibit at my first convention and launch my clothing business.
My long-term goal is to create a dark fantasy manga.Q: What tools do you use for your artwork?
For digital work, I use Procreate and Clip Studio Paint. I use Photoshop for final tweaks.
For painting, I use Da Vinci acrylic paint or Gamblin 1980 Oil Colours with refined linseed oil.Q: Do you take commissions?
I do! Check the commission section for more information, such as availability.*I do not make physical cards for commissions—just the artwork. You will have to find your own means of printing the card.Q: I saw you sell Pokémon cards. Can you print out existing designs?
No, I only sell designs created by me. I do not do any reprints or print designs created by others.Q: You've mentioned a clothing line. What's going on with that?
In 2021, I started a business with my partner called Comic Kei. Aside from a few commissions and designs, nothing has been produced yet. We are currently looking for embroidery and clothing manufacturers to make our designs. As of May 2024, a manufacturer has been found and we are waiting for samples.

The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.‣ If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY‣ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.‣ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.‣ If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.‣ If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.‣ If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talked about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
